Edinburgh Interactive 09: Capybara Games To Showcase Some Critters & Magic!

More news on the two day Edinburgh Interactive ’09 extravaganza as Interactive Ontario, in partnership with the International Marketing Centre, will be heading down to the event. They will be joined by Capybara Games who will have a showcase or two on display.
Capybara Games started out as an award winning mobile games company, so you’ll be rest assured that the two games they will show are bound to be top quality! The titles that they plan to showcase act the festival are Critter Crunch and Ubisoft’s Might & Magic Clash of Heroes.
Critter Crunch will be a PlayStation Network puzzler involving cute critters, bouncing and frolicking around meadows and flower gardens, but every now and then deciding to eat each other.
Might & Magic Clash of Heroes will be one to look out for if you’re a fan of the series or just a dedicated RPG player. Set in the universe of Might & Magic, this is the first installment of the long running series to make its way onto the Nintendo DS. It will incorporate RPG elements with adventure gameplay. Add in what the developer promises will be an innovative and dynamic combat system based on puzzle mechanics, and you have a game that sounds pretty interesting to me.
Edinburgh Interactive ’09 will be held at the Edinburgh Corn Exchange on the 13th & 14th of August.
