As of today, if you register free with Pogo you can play MONOPOLY Here & Now: The World Edition as many times as you want.  The more times you play and win, the better your chances of getting into the semifinals become.

Every time you win a game between the 11th and 19th of August, you will be awarded one entry into the drawings to move on into the next phase.  These drawings will pick 32 winners world-wide, giving them entry into Phase Two of the tournament.  If you happen to be the lucky player who wins every match in Phase Two, you’ll be flown out to Las Vegas to take part in the 2009 Monopoly World Championship.  How’s that for a prize?
