Spore Evolves Onto Nintendo Systems

Spore Creatures wasn’t a bad game on the Nintendo DS last year, but now the franchise has evolved to a new level for the EA franchise.

Spore Hero and Spore Hero Arena are making their way to Nintendo DS and Wii systems on October 9th with what promises to be a new level of adventure and combat.  It’s about time because Spore Creatures in my opinion was lacking….a lot.

Spore Hero throws the gamer into an extensive and beautifully crafted 3D world where you are the hero and must save your friends and your home planet from destruction!  Whilst on your adventures you will encounter some great battles and some mind bending puzzles, which will then unlock a grand total of 250 creature parts for you to create your ultimate Spore creature.  A further note to add is that these parts can change the way your creature plays in the world of combat.  Plus to top it all off you can go into multiplayer mode and battle your friends creatures too, so if that isn’t something I don’t know what is!

Spore Hero Arena is the next Spore game for the Nintendo DS. Set in the same universe as Spore Hero, you will be thrown into a different story this time, trying to save not just one planet but a whole a galaxy from an evil force!  If you think you have what it takes to save the galaxy then you must build the hero to do it!  You will be transported from planet to planet, killing off evil creatures and gaining body parts to upgrade your gladiator! In turn, these will unlock special abilities thus making your creature an unstoppable force.  Multiplayer is also available for Spore Hero Arena, and allows you to battle up to three friends locally or against one friend online.

So remember, from the 9th of October - Spore Hero will be available for the Wii, and Spore Hero Arena will be available for the Nintendo DS!
