No More Heroes 2 Trailer is One Bad Mother

Shut your mouth!  What do 1970s Blaxploitation cliches and beam sabers have in common?  Well, they’re both featured in the new trailer for No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle, released earlier today on IGN.  

Filmed as a behind the scenes look at the game with assistance from series creator and maverick game designer Suda 51 (possessing a strangely out-0f-character voice…), the new trailer for NMH2 features a look at several of the new gameplay features included in the Wii-exclusive sequel to last year’s cult hit No More Heroes.  There’s really no need to explain it any further, since Suda’s here to do it all for me.  Click on.

Posted alongside this new trailer is a smattering of new gameplay impressions straight from IGN; needless to say, any No More Heroes fan would be doing themselves a grand disservice by skipping out on this new info.  No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle will be fulfilling gamers’ beam saber fantasies in January of 2009, so check back before the game’s release for more information as it comes.
