FIFA 2010: Get As Close To Real Life As Possible This October

EA Sports today announced that the Live Season premium service has been expanded into a new game mode for FIFA 2010.

This game mode promises a dynamic update for those wanting real world information fed direct to their console, thus further enhancing the Fifa 2010 experience and bringing it as close to real life as possible.  Whats next?  Body suit peripherals so you can become an actual footballer?

The new My Live Season service will update weekly giving you the latest information on player form, transfers, injuries, suspensions, fixtures, results and league standings.  This gives the player a chance to pretty much become one with what’s known as the beautiful game.  Shame it only works one way though, but then I suppose injuring Wayne Rooney in game and then you find out he gets injured the next day in the exact same way would be a bit weird.

Also, on the 10th of September on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC you will be able to get a taste of the Fifa 2010 experience, as the demo for the game will be launched across the PlayStation Network and Xbox LIVE.   All you PC gamers out there, don’t feel left out!  I suggest you bookmark the link below and click it come 10th of September to get your own fix of football, boots and fakers.

Fifa 2010 will be released in Europe on October 2nd, and in North America on October 20th for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC.
