Assassin’s Creed: Bloodlines Spills A Launch Trailer

In 1191 the Templar Knights invaded the island of Cyprus, but little did they think that Altair might follow them there for bloody murder. Much is made of the devil being implicated in the creation of the Assassin and thus the decision is made to send him to meet his maker. Cue Altair killing…that IS his job after all…and we have instant, classic Assassin’s Creed.
I like this. Why? Because it develops the world of Assassin’s Creed without taking anything away from the much touted Assassin’s Creed II on the HD formats. Think of it as a sidestep away from the main story, but not so much that it detracts from its own existence.
Awesome line…“His friends knew him as Altair…his enemies never knew him at all.” That’s exactly how it’s meant to be as nobody should know the name of their potential assassin. It makes things….complicated for both parties don’t you think?
Assassin’s Creed: Bloodlines is out now/on Friday for PlayStation Portable depending on where you are in the world. If we manage to get our hands on it then you’ll likely hear from us on that front soon!
