Prince Of Persia: The Forgotten Sands DS Details Emerge
Whilst Ubisoft have been fairly mum on details with regards to the smaller brother of the console version of Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands, the ESRB on the other hand are fairly straight up with the title.Whilst it’s not exactly mind-blowing we do know that the game will have:
- Puzzles
- Shackles
- Creatures
So sayeth the listing:
This is a side-scrolling action-adventure game in which players assume the role of the Prince of Persia (a small cartoon-like version) as he navigates desert caverns and battles evil forces. Players must fight other-worldly enemies, solve puzzles, and use acrobatic skills to progress through the platform levels. Players use a large sword to attack humans and creatures along the way; clanging swords, grunts, and punching impact sounds can be heard during battle. In an opening cutscene, the Prince can be seen shackled to a wall as a figure moves toward him with a sword—the Prince grimaces during the ritual, but there is no depiction of torture.
Poor Prince, one day you’ll get out of those shackles and grimace once more as you use your large sword to attack humans….Sounds a bit dirty for a game rated Everyone 10+ but still, I can’t wait.
