Capcom Tapping Simon Pegg For Dead Rising 2 Promotion?

Whilst sitting at the computer today, working as I do on various projects, I spotted a rather interesting Twitter message coming from Capcom’s Europe Senior Online Marketing & Community Manager Chiara Woolford.  It seems as if Capcom are tapping “Shaun Of The Dead” star Simon Pegg for something related to Dead Rising 2.

The message read as follows:

@simonpegg Simon, would it be possible to speak to you privately about a Capcom zombie game, please?

I’m not exactly sure in what context Capcom would want to speak with Simon Pegg regarding Dead Rising 2 but if it’s an in-game appearance, DLC skin or even just plain old advertising then I say to Capcom – DO IT!
