And The Kojima Productions Reveal Is…

kojimateaser2

After hours of waiting, as well as a site crash at the final moment, Kojima Productions’ countdown timer has expired to reveal, you guessed it…another countdown timer.  But wait, there’s more!

The background on the page has changed…slightly; instead of clouds and thunder, the windswept fields have been set upon by a vicious rain and lightning storm.  The background, which formerly displayed an “S” or a “5″ every time lightning flashed, now also displays an “E”, a “3″, and an “e”, insinuating at the very least that more information will be coming at E3.  The countdown timer has reset itself as well, though the page is being hammered by eager gamers desperate to find out what Kojima and co. have to reveal.

Sadly, the timer now reads roughly 120 hours, or 5 days, so we’ll be waiting until next Wednesday in Japan Time to learn the truth.  Unless, of course, Famitsu PSP+PS3 spoils the “fun” for us in advance.

I’m very sure that the timer says 119 DAYS : 35 hours : 07 seconds

Wouldn’t having the clock measure anything over 24 hours when it has a days counter be kind of redundant?

    “119 DAYS : 35 hours: 07 seconds”?

Makes no sense. If it were days than the max number for hours would be 23, not 35. And minutes always come before seconds.
